Low fence property is defined as property with no game proof fence on it or has at least one mile of it’s perimeter with no game proof fence. High fence property is defined as property enclosed with deer proof fencing or in properties that have less than one mile of low or no fence on its perimeter. The overall property is considered when making this determination. A low fence pasture in a high fence ranch does not qualify for low fence division. High fence ranches must have at least 200 acres of uninterrupted area for deer to roam/ hide.
